At Golden Whisper, we partner with global artisans to bring you high-quality jewelry at the best possible price. By shipping directly from our partners, we are able to pass those savings on to you.

1. Shipping Times

Because we ship directly from our international craft centers, please allow for the following delivery windows:

• Processing: 2–5 business days (Quality control & packaging).

• USA & UK: 7–12 business days.

• International: 10–18 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or holiday seasons.

2. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is our priority. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a Tracking Number.

• You can track your package directly on our website under the "Track My Order" page.

• Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking system to update after you receive your code.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $50.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $4.95 for orders under $50.

4. Multiple Packages

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Don’t worry—you will receive tracking for each one, and no extra shipping fees will be charged.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Golden Whisper is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
